User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between KAZAR CONTRACTING LLC (the “Company”) and any individual (the “User”) using the websites https://kazarbuild.ae and https://greenball.ae (the “Websites”).

1.2. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement. By accessing or using the Websites, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1.3. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use the Websites.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Company grants the User access to the information, materials, and services available on the Websites on the terms set forth in this Agreement.

3. Rights and Obligations

3.1. The User agrees to:
* Use the Websites exclusively for lawful purposes.
* Not engage in any activity that could disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the Websites.
* Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Websites or any systems connected to the Websites.
* Ensure that any information provided to the Company is accurate, current, and complete.
* Respect the intellectual property rights of the Company.

3.2. The User is prohibited from:
* Copying, reproducing, distributing, or otherwise using any information or materials from the Websites for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company.
* Using any automated devices, programs, or algorithms to access or acquire information from the Websites.

3.3. The Company reserves the right to:
* Modify the content of the Websites, the list of services, and their prices at any time without prior notice to the User.
* Suspend or terminate access to the Websites for maintenance or technical work.
* Deny a User access to the Websites for any violation of this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All objects available on the Websites, including design elements, text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, and other materials (collectively, the “Content”), are the exclusive property of KAZAR CONTRACTING LLC.

4.2. Any use of the Content without the express written permission of the rights holder is strictly prohibited and may result in liability under the laws of the UAE.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The information on the Websites is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information and shall not be liable for any errors or omissions.

5.2. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages suffered by the User as a result of using or the inability to use the Websites.

5.3. The Websites may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party sites.

6. Privacy and Personal Data

6.1. The collection, processing, and protection of the User's personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

6.2. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User also confirms their acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

7.2. Any disputes or disagreements arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at its sole discretion. The new version of the Agreement becomes effective from the moment it is published on the Websites.

8.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
